We proudly serve Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas within a 20-mile radius, including Matthews, Mint Hill, Pineville, Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Concord, Harrisburg, Indian Trail, Monroe, Fort Mill (SC), and Rock Hill (SC).
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for regular events, and 4-6 weeks in advance for holiday season cleanings (November-December), as these are our busiest times. Last-minute requests can sometimes be accommodated, but availability may be limited.
We typically don't provide cleaning during events, as our team works most efficiently without guests present. However, for larger events, we can discuss having staff available for light maintenance during the event for an additional fee.
We can schedule post-event cleaning as soon as the next morning after your event. Many clients prefer this timing so they can wake up to a clean home. For evening events, we can sometimes arrange late-night cleaning services depending on availability.
Yes! We offer a 10% discount when you book both pre and post-event cleaning services together. This is our most popular option for holiday and special event clients.
While our primary focus is cleaning, we can assist with basic decoration setup or removal for an additional fee. Please specify these needs when booking so we can allocate the appropriate time and staff.
